Stage Strong – Dance Strength & Conditioning

Stage Strong is a specialised strength and conditioning program designed for aspiring, proffesional dancers who want to improve technique, build stamina, increase flexibility, and prevent injury. Our classes combine elements of Pilates, Barre, and dance-specific training to create a holistic approach that supports both the body and mind.

Led by Brooke Ashkar, a former professional dancer with over a decade of teaching experience, Stage Strong focuses on:

Dance-specific strength & alignment
Foot, ankle, and core conditioning
Flexibility & mobility enhancement
Injury-prevention strategies
Confidence-building through movement

We provide a safe, encouraging, and empowering environment where dancers of all levels can grow stronger, more resilient, and fully prepared to excel in their dancing journey.

Whether you’re a studio looking to upskill your dancers or a young dancer wanting to start the year ahead, Stage Strong is here to help you move with strength, control, and confidence.
