The Science Collective's travelling Summer Science Fun roadshow comes to the Burnside Ballroom, corner of Portrush and Greenhill Roads this school holiday period for two afternoons and a morning session from 1.30pm-4.30pm on Tuesday 10th January, 10.00am-1.00pm on Wednesday 11th January and 1.30pm-4.30pm, also on Wednesday 11th January.
Wildlife Shows from Animal Recovery and Education and a Fire & Froth Show from SciFiBri complement a day of hands-on science fun with a special Optical Illusions workshop activity with Youtube science sensation Silly Simon. A new 'It's a Small World' microscope activity, paper plane making and launching, an electric circuit challenge and other hands-on activities guarantee that children will by fully engaged for the three hours.
We know that with costs rising in many areas a day out with the family needs to be affordable. So we have actually reduced the cost of tickets for this event with a family ticket now available for just $24 (2 + 2 or 1 + 3) and adults now at children's prices ($8).
Our last event at the Burnside Ballroom was SOLD OUT well beforehand, so don't delay in booking your tickets now at www.thesciencecollective.com
