For maximum comfort, we recommend wearing comfortable, light clothing (such as exercise gear) to this session.

3. What should I bring?

All you need to bring is a drink bottle.

4. Is there parking?

Metered and time-restricted street parking is available in the surrounding area. Otherwise, Care Park offer paid secure parking at 13-21 Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne VIC 3205. Unfortunately, we do not validate parking. EQ is located at 22 Kings Place, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

5. What if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?

We ask that you speak with your health professional including your GP, medical specialist, or obstetrician to help you decide whether a sound bath is appropriate for you.
