Summer Solstice.....breathing and moving in the Story of Connection

A celebration and welcoming of SUMMER!

Join Hayley Agnew and Rohan Graney to welcome 'official' Summer and this naturally expansive time of year. For many ages Summer Solstice has been a celebration and time of connection with others in honour of natures bounty. Come together to move, breathe & connect with like minded humans.

Expect earthing, meditation, breathwork and yoga in the lovely (and private) space of Hayley's backyard under the old trees and open sky.

The timing of Solstice is opportune - the Friday just 3 days before Christmas.......we offer you the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle that can come with this time of year, and give you space to more deliberately and intentionally ease into the holiday season.

We cant wait to welcome you to 'Our Healing Place' for this group practice.

PS - BYO yoga mat, water and dress in layers (i.e. we will be moving and also in stillness, it's good to feel warm and comfy)
PPS - we have a back-up plan if it does happen to rain (because you know - we do live in the South east of South Australia)
