The Day before the 1st full moon of 2022. Join me on a mystical sound journey with sounds of the earth.
I'll be joined by Rosella the Geranium who will be connected to the music of the plants device plus Didgeridoo Meditation, Handpan, Ngoni (African Harp) Harmonic Overtone Chanting, Field Recordings of Nature and Shamanic Drums.
This is an opportunity to open our minds and hearts to allow emergence of spontaneous eruptions of joy. By calming our minds through this sound bath, and exercising our bodies through rhythmic music and creative dance, internal harmony can be experienced. And, as a bonus, our immune system can strengthen.
