Event description

Summer Solstice Celebration with Britt and Shae, an opportunity for connection and celebration.

Join us in circle in honour of the Summer Solstice, when we step into the fullness of light and warmth. Be supported to open and expand with a salute to the sun asana flow, chanting of the sun bijas and a guided meditation. Release, invoke and celebrate through prompted journalling, reflection and sharing. 

Saturday 23rd December, 8am - 10am.
