    ***YOUR FACILITATORS

    ANATMAN

Through the power of sound and music Anatman invites you to explore the depths of your being, transcending the boundaries of self.

His music journeys are crafted to awaken the senses, dissolve the ego, and connect with the universal energy that flows within and around us.

From the meditative rhythms of ecstatic dance to the healing harmonies of nature, his performances have the ability to transport us to new realms and connect us to our true essence.

KELLY | THE WAY OF CEREMONY

Kelly weaves in poetic ritual, the energies of nature and the higher realms to create safe and sacred ceremonial space for those gathering to connect to their divine essence of heart and soul, to connect with The Great Divine, to connect with the divine forces and cycles of nature.

She is an empowering plant medicine guide, supporting those who feel the call to connect with cacao both through a ceremonial setting and also through creating a sacred personal practice.

Kelly holds space through a trauma sensitive lens for those wishing to explore the medicine of ceremony, cacao, yin yoga, sound, and guided meditation journeys.

    THE HEALING POWER OF SOUND

Lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be guided on a sound journey, a musical exploration where the combination of tones, rhythms, and frequencies open the door to access different states of consciousness.

The soundscape is created by ancient and ceremonial instruments (singing bowls, drums, swinging chimes, bells, tuning forks and more) along with the sounds of nature, carefully recorded and edited to give you a sense of immersion, and tones and melodies specially crafted to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and introspection.

By interacting with your body's energy, the sound journey is used as a form of meditation or relaxation, offering a space for inner reflection and a break from the stresses of everyday life.

    DANCE AS MEDICINE

Ecstatic dance is a holistic experience that can have profound healing effects. When you let yourself surrender to the music and move without judgment, it becomes a form of moving meditation.

Physically, it's a fantastic workout. You're not just toning muscles; you're also releasing endorphins, those feel-good chemicals that can lift your mood and reduce stress. Emotionally, it's a release valve for whatever's been building up inside you. Whether it's joy, sadness, or frustration, ecstatic dance gives you a space to let it all out through movement.

On a deeper level, it can be a spiritual experience. Connecting with the rhythm and energy of the music can transport you to a different state of consciousness, allowing you to tap into emotions, memories, or even reach a meditative state.

    CACAO AND CEREMONY

A sacred plant medicine known to grow along the equatorial belt, in particular Central and South America. Cacao has been used for thousands of years in ancient traditions, rituals, and rites of passage. More now than ever does this world need the healing medicine of cacao to open our hearts, to awaken and to heal.

When used in ceremony, in sacred space, with heartfelt intention, the medicine of cacao works to bring us back to our hearts, to facilitate healing and transformation. When brought back to our hearts, our sacred epicenter, we are once again deeply connected to ourselves and the worlds around us both seen and unseen.

Cacao boasts many amazing nutritional benefits supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Cacao can gently stimulate the cardiovascular system increasing blood flow and energy, support the healthy production of serotonin and dopamine, increase mental focus and clarity, promote feelings of relaxation, happiness, love, increase creativity and inspiration, nourish the body with micronutrients, antioxidants, and health promoting fats and can help to take us out of our heads and into our heart space.
