As 2026 draws to a close, join me for a gentle sunset flow by the sea to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
Held the day before the solstice, we’ll come together to move, breathe, connect and reflect as the sun sets over the ocean. It’s a chance to slow down and shift out of your head and into your body; to look back on the year that’s been, celebrate all you’ve grown through, and give thanks for the abundance the sun helps us cultivate.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a celebration of light, warmth, growth and abundance.
All levels welcome.
