Come and join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice on December 21st. This is a potent time for renewal, growth and honouring the Fire element (Chinese medicine). The evening will consist of welcoming everybody into the space, yogic breath work, vinyasa/yin flow, intention and release journalling a sharing circle, connected breathwork and a cacao meditation. Limited spots available to keep this an intimate evening.

My name is Lotti Davies and I will be guiding us through the event, I am a qualified Yoga teacher and UK certified in Naturopathic Nutrition, with my interest in all things mystical and nature I find yoga and cacao a beautiful combination to enhance the power of a solstice in the company of others! I intend this evening to be wholesome, nourishing for the soul and uplifting as we move into a new cycle.

Please bring: your favourite mug, a pen and paper and your water bottle. You are welcome to bring crystals and cards to add to the alter.
