Summer Solstice Flow Yoga

Stoke your inner fire and celebrate the sun, in this energising and dynamic practice that honours the peak of light on the longest day of the year.

Build inner heat as we move through traditional Sun Salutations, followed by an active sequence flowing between poses with our breath.

Suitable for 18yrs+

Intermediate level class

Becca from Backcountry Yoga has shared community-based yoga in the Malvern area since 2025. Before this her yoga journey started as a student in 2014 and she has taught yoga from 2016. Community classes are shared experiences that drive social connection, and social connection fuels happiness and health.

Becca aims to create an uplifting, calm space for her students that feels welcoming, inclusive and safe. She encourages you to come as you are and be ready to connect with your mind and body on a deeper level.
