With the change in seasons, naturally comes a shift in energy. As we transition to Summer, this is your invitation to pause, reflect, and realign.
An opportunity to check in with yourself, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and create space for growth and aligned action.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and intention setting, you’ll feel grounded, connected, and ready to embrace the coming months with clarity and purpose.
For this final session of 2025 we have a special treat with guest sound healer Leanne taking us on an immersive sound journey ✨️
Guided by universal reiki energy the principles of yoga and the healing vibration of High Purity Quartz crystal singing bowls, together we’ll move through:

Emily Charlton, founder of Generation Yogi is a yoga, meditation teacher and Reiki Master.
Emily has been delivering classes, workshops and events for the past 5 years. She is passionate about holding space in this busy, often overwhelming world, for people to slow down, switch off and nurture mind, body and soul, returning to the inner wisdom and balance that already lays within each of us 🕉
Meet our Special Guest
Leanne Gravelle from Amazing Life Strategies is a certified Kinesiologist, Life Coach, EFT and TFT Practitioner, Holistic Vocal Coach and experienced Sound Healer.
Leanne has a strong background in holistic health and wellness and will be taking us on a unique and immersive sound experience with her High Purity Quartz crystal singing bowls promoting deep relaxation, rest, recovery and high vibrations ✨️
