Through guided meditation and gentle breath work, you'll have the opportunity to release stress, set intentions, and restore balance through a personal aura cleansing. By this time, we'll have just entered a new moon cycle which is the best time to set intentions, release blockages, and tune into the perfect frequency to manifest your dream life.
