Sunday Reset | 5-Week Summer Series ☀️

Five Sunday mornings to fill your own damn cup before Christmas!

Feeling burnt out, overwhelmed or just craving a little time for yourself?

Imagine starting your Sunday with an ocean dip, warming up in a traditional Finnish sauna, sharing a few laughs with good humans and taking some time to quiet that busy mind of yours.

Welcome to Sunday Reset — your weekly 90-minute mini retreat in beautiful Esperance.

This isn't another thing to add to your to-do list. It's 90 minutes dedicated entirely to YOU.

What's included?

Across five consecutive Sunday mornings, you'll experience:

🌊 Ocean immersion — a refreshing dip to wake up your senses and gently challenge your comfort zone.
🔥 Traditional Finnish sauna — warm up, unwind and enjoy some great conversations.
🧘 A different weekly reset practice — we'll explore a mix of guided breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping and relaxation or hypnosis experiences.
☕ Coffee or ceremonial-style cacao — a chance to slow down and connect with your new Sunday crew.
💌 A little something to take home — a weekly affirmation or reflection card inspired by the themes of the season.
🥂 A special end-of-series gathering — after our final session on 20 December, you're invited back to my place to celebrate, reflect and connect.

Who is Sunday Reset for?

Anyone who:

Feels like they're constantly giving to everyone else.
Wants to feel calmer, more energised and ready for the week.
Is curious about breathwork, meditation or other wellbeing practices.
Wants to meet some genuinely good humans.
Is ready to do something a little different with their Sunday mornings.

You don't need to be experienced in cold-water swimming, breathwork or meditation. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to give something new a go.

All adults are welcome!

Why five weeks?

Because looking after yourself shouldn't be something you squeeze in when everything else is done.

Five weeks gives you the opportunity to create a new Sunday ritual, build connections, try different wellbeing practices and discover what helps you feel your best.

And what better way to head into Christmas than feeling a little more connected to yourself and the people around you?

A little note from Lauree

Sunday Reset started as a simple experiment with a few willing humans, a sauna, the ocean and some breathwork. What happened next surprised me.

People started making friends, challenging themselves, laughing, slowing down and looking forward to Sunday mornings. It became about so much more than a sauna and swim.

And I can't wait to welcome you into our next chapter.

Come fill your own cup. You deserve it. 🤍
