If you are planning to consume alcohol, you must have a valid ID with you - NO EXCEPTIONS! We must scan your ID in order to provide you with a wristband that will allow you to purchase alcoholic beverages.

This event is a fundraiser for Sunbury's Revitalization, Inc. and we appreciate your support. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund programs that build community pride, support small businesses and creative arts, and revitalize our downtown as well as general operating expenses. Severe Weather and Dangerous Conditions Refund Policy

The safety of our guests, performers, and staff is our top priority. Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions and other safety considerations. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Concert Will Proceed Rain or Shine
The event will take place in most weather conditions, including light rain. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the forecast.

2. Dangerous or Severe Weather
If severe weather (such as lightning, high winds, flooding, or extreme heat) or other dangerous conditions (such as a public safety emergency) arise, the concert may be:

Delayed until conditions improve;
Paused during the performance; or
Cancelled if safety cannot be reasonably ensured.

3. Refunds and Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled before it begins due to dangerous conditions, full refunds will be issued automatically to all ticket holders within 7–10 business days.
If the event is cancelled after it has begun and more than half the performance has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
If the event is cancelled early and less than half the performance has occurred, partial refunds or a future event credit may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date.

4. Communication
All updates regarding delays, cancellations, or rescheduling will be posted on our official website and social media channels. Ticket holders may also receive notifications via email or text if contact information was provided at purchase.
