Following a grounding meditation practice nestled behind the west coast dunes, let the sound of the waves move you through your Saturday morning flow

Breathe in the salt and feel the sun warm your skin, matching the fire you'll feel in your body moving with the guys from @yogagarageperth and @westcoastyogaperth

You'll need:

yoga mat/ towel
water bottle (don't forget to hydrate)
sun protection (slip, slop, slap)
your best "give it a go" attitude
