Description

Update - 7th March has been cancelled and the 14th March will be our last session

****

Start your weekend well by joining us for weekly yoga in the park - reconnect nature and meet other people.

Come as you are - stiff, flexible, sleepy, curious.

Let's gently build a habit of carving out time for movement and making the most of Melbourne's limited summer.

Strengthen your body, calm your mind and meet others and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

✨ What to expect:

  • beginner friendly yoga practice to help you get movement in and be outdoors

  • a supportive community and teacher

  • head for a walk afterwards or sit around and slowly soak in the rare and beautiful sunshine Naarm has to offer

Whether you’re starting yoga for the first time or returning to your mat, this journey is about consistency, community, and care.

Please, arrive 10 min before the session starts, so we can begin on time. Kindly bring your yoga mat and a water bottle Don't have a yoga mat yet? - No stress. Bring a towel or use grass as your mat if hay fever hasn't got you yet.

ASAC Members get 20% off all ticket types. Redeem the discount with your member code available through the closed Whatsapp group. Not a member? Become one here.

Meet Your Teacher

Most sessions will be led by our ASAC member Ria Patel who is an actor, dancer and yoga teacher, her experience as a dancer brings great body awareness and as an actor, she brings another layer of empathy to connect with her students on the mat. Yoga leaves Ria feeling connected and whole and that is her intention for when the students leave class, to feel connected and whole again.

Who are we?
