On Sunday the 16th of February, join Laura for a full day of yoga, and nourishing food at the picturesque Henley Sailing Club. Surrounded by like-minded people this Summer Yoga Retreat will give you the opportunity to slow down and check in with your intentions for 2025.

For one day your needs will be taken care of, guided through each part of the day, from flowing vinyasa, a Nutrition for You workshop led by nutritionist Olivia Betro from Live Nutrition to an intention setting beach walk. Laura has your needs covered.

Your nourishing day will include:

Herbal teas and cool drinks on arrival to sip as you meet other retreat participants.
An extended flow to restore yoga class ~ think an energising vinyasa class, with plenty of time for letting go into savasana.
A plant-based lunch workshop led by by Olivia at Live Nutrition.
A guided intention setting beach walk.
A delicious afternoon tea catered by Olivia.
And a restorative yin yoga class to close.
