Soulful Summer Yoga

Class schedule:

6pm Tuesdays - Yoga Foundations is a slower practice with longer holds designed to redesign your fascia. Suitable for beginners through to those wanting to support an established yoga practice. The session is responsive to the group energy and dynamic. Bookings required.

Stretch & Play 7am on Wednesdays (bookings required) *Meet at Jaycee Island across from the fig trees and outdoor gym.

7:30am - 8am ~ Mindful Mornings ☀️ (bookings required) Beginning Thursday 13th March. A half hour guided pranayama and meditation or nature sit spot practice to consolidate the week. This mental reset with rest and revitalise you and bring you into connection with Self and purpose within the beautiful environs of Benalla.

9:30 am Thursdays - All abilities community yoga (no bookings required, funded by Benalla Mental Health & Wellbeing Local) * Meet in the Benalla Botanic Gardens near the Art Gallery.
