We invite you to partake in the Inaugural Leadership Summit 2024, taking you on a journey from ancient to algorithmic leadership with the focus on lifting the practice of leadership in Australia and beyond.

The 2024 Leadership Summit marks the first gathering of leading scholars and practitioners in Australia, offering a unique opportunity to integrate research and practice fostering exchange, dialogue, and meaningful collaboration to address current challenges and enhance leadership practices.

Summit Highlights

📅 Sunday, March 24: Welcome Ceremony and Opening Session

- Late Afternoon: Welcome ceremony and opening session

- Evening: Informal dinner for delegates

📅 Monday, March 25: Exploration and Exchange

- Full Day: Keynotes, panel discussions, marketplace (poster presentation/gallery walk), and/or ideas pitches/lightning presentations

- Evening: Main conference dinner

📅 Tuesday, March 26: Insightful Conversations and Future Vision

- Morning: Industry/community-facing breakfast

- Late Morning: Sensemaking workshops on 'where to from here?' with a focus on producing a White Paper on the current and future state of leadership development in Australia

- Lunch: Summit closure

📅 Post-Summit Activities:

- Afternoon: FLOWS (Future Leadership of Organisations and Work Scholars) members' meeting and Leadership Network gathering

- Optional: Research seminar with the broader UTAS academic community for those interested

Investment

Your investment to attend the Summit has been kept to a minimum and all meals (excluding breakfast on Monday) are included.
