Remember - A Connection, Movement and Breathwork Journey.

As we go through the struggles of life, sometimes in survival mode and doing what we need to do, most often, we forget. We forget who we truly are, what we truly want and we feel lost.

This 3 hours workshop was built to assist in your journey towards healing, towards wholeness by helping you reconnect with yourself & dive within to find some answers and Remember who you truly are.

A collaboration of Asana Breathwork & Lorena Yoga, we prepared this powerful flow for you:

Connection with self:

We will start with a quick meditation to bring you into the body and let go of the day or whatever is in your mind in order for you to fully arrive in the here and now, to be present and be your most authentic self through this journey we are about to embark.

Connection with others:

We will explore a few connection exercises, it’s a beautiful opportunity to have deep and meaningful interactions with others.

We humans, crave authentic connections, we are wired for it and this one of my favourite part as the mood of the whole place lightens up.

Connection with the Body:

Movement is paramount to well being, as it has the power to change our physiology & our physiology has the power to change our mental state.

We will explore movement to unblock & realign energy centres, to let go of stored stress & unprocessed emotions so we can invite more lightness, joy & playfulness into our lives.

Breathwork & Meditation:

I will speak into the science behind breathwork and explain how it is a powerful tool to access & release traumas & to get in touch with your own unique insights & intuition.

You will be guided through a 50 minutes breathwork journey & a 20 minutes meditation to integrate the experience.

Shares:

We will sit in a circle at the end, sipping a delicious warm chai, where whoever feels comfortable can share their experience through the workshops journey, which can be quite profound.

Honestly, it’s so incredibly beautiful to see the realness and rawness of everyone.

For me, this journeys always ends up with a feeling that we are all in this together, feeling of unity & connection.
