A singing bowl and sound meditation that combines delightful and transformative sounds & vibrations with proven yogic techniques for relaxation and energy balancing. This class will transport you into the subtle realm of 'feeling' and 'sensing' energy and vibration and provide much needed relief from the thinking/analysing experience.
This class will help you reset your vibration, improve your stress buffer, improve sleep, deeply relax, restore & heal.
Your experience includes
- A long guided 1 hr sound meditation session that includes Binaural Beat Singing Bowls, Chakra balancing singing bowls, Gong, Chakra Drum, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Rattle & more. Our collection of sound meditation instruments is extensive and because we have a dedicated studio space to offer the classes from, we are not limited as to what we transport to our classes. Our instruments have their own home in our studio!
- Mattresses, cushions, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows provided. What we provide goes way beyond and above what other studios can offer.
- A meditation experience in our gorgeous purpose-built studio in a quiet country setting with mountain views. Your teacher Jenny is a diploma qualified yoga/meditation teacher with over 17 years teaching experience. This is not simply a sound bath that involves a lot of guess work. This is a structured combination of meditation and sound that can expertly take you deep into the subtle layers of your being. It's from here that you can begin to take the steps toward the peace and wellbeing that you deserve.
- Did we mention our luxurious and peaceful studio? Our purpose-built studio is located on 3 acres of permaculture gardens with gorgeous mountain views. The birds chirping and the leaves rustling outside all add to your sound meditation experience.
