Trained spiritual healer and sound practitioner Erin buku offers an immersive experience for women to connect to one another and touch on thought provoking topics to help them unplug from the outside world. The first 7 weeks (starting October 16th) will be an in depth chakra series, focusing on clearing and recharging each Chakra one by one to reignite the sacred kundalini energy that is available to us all. Be supported in a safe space with like minded women. It’s a time to celebrate the divine feminine, to encourage originality and uniqueness in our sisters, and let your authentic self shine.

Our women's circles are a social yet soulful time of holding space for each other in inner reflection and deep listening.

If you haven't been to a women's circle before, it is a lovely, nourishing event - come along and experience the beautiful energy that arises when women come together to intentionally be present and support each other.

Wednesday 27th November: CROWN CHAKRA (7th)

It is highly recommended that you attend ALL SEVEN sessions for the Chakra series to receive the full benefits of the Kundalini energy flow.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Upon arrival you will be welcomed with gentle music, a hug and optional white sage cleansing to clear away any negative energies of the week
Once you choose your place in the circle to sit, you will be offered a herbal tea (yoga mats, cushions and blankets provided) please wear warm loose fitting clothing and shoes are to be taken off at the door, so bring socks if you get cold feet!
We begin the ceremony with a welcome, introduction & acknowledgement of country.
I will give a discussion around the theme for each circle, and invite you to reflect on what has been arising for you. The theme is designed to be an anchor for inner reflection, insight, and an opportunity to reframe or set new intentions.
I will then guide you through a meditation to assist you in getting to a deeper intuitive level relating to the theme.
We will then share (if you choose) what has been conjured up in a talking circle - a process for deep listening, both to your own inner wisdom, and to each other, and where you are invited to offer your own wisdom to support others in the group.
We end with an immersive sound bath and intention-setting process for the week ahead.
