Sunday Meditation - Om Suryaya Namaha

Let's welcome the Sun, every Sunday morning, 8.00am - 8.30am (AEDT)

Sunday is the Sun's day. A day of rest and rejuvenation. Join the Sunday morning Sun Meditations to set the pace for a beautiful day as you take rest and enjoy the blessings of the day ahead.

The practice will vary each week - Meditation, Mindfulness, Pranayama (breath practices), Mudras and Mantras, and Journalling may be utilised. Some weeks may be a seated practice, other weeks a laying down practice. Each week let's awaken the Sun's energy within you, give our thanks for the Sun's warmth and for giving us life. Cultivate a peaceful, balanced sattvic energy to carry throughout the day ahead.

You can get up and do this, even if you roll out of bed and come in your PJs. None of that matters. Turn up, be present, and let the Sun warm and energise your body, mind and soul.

Can my family join me?

Yes, as long as you are from one household. The cost is $15 per household.

Do I need any equipment?

You want to be comfortable, and in a seated position. You can sit in an upright chair, on a bolster, a cushion, or a meditation stool - whatever works best for you.

Do I need meditation experience?

Not at all. Everyone is welcome to join.

Is it a live session?

Yes, it is live, online via Zoom.

Can I buy tickets for every week in one go?

Unfortunately no. This ticketing system only allows you to select one date per purchase.
