Bloom: A Spring Day Retreat (women only)

Come home to yourself as the season begins to shift.

As winter's short days give way to spring's season of blossoming, this three-hour gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften and listen inward. Together we'll release what no longer serves you and clear space for what's ready to unfold through movement, breath and reflection, in the company of a warm and grounded community.

The Experience

Breathwork: A grounding practice to soften the nervous system and restore inner clarity.
Journaling: Quiet space to reflect, clear the noise and gently plant your intentions for the months ahead.
Gentle Movement A slow, intentional flow to wake up the body and melt away the tension winter leaves behind.
Guided Meditation: A restorative, held meditation to steady the mind, deepen presence and anchor you in stillness.
Restorative Integration: Time to simply be! To rest, receive & connect with likeminded others and to have a small bite and herbal tea.

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, your journal (or some paper to write on) and your favorite pen. For more comfort you can bring a blanket and/ or a pillow. Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
