This workshop will present details of the Suncorp Rebuilding Futures grant program including discussions on what projects meet the criteria and where the funding will be prioritised.

The Suncorp Rebuilding Futures grant program is targeted to assist not-for-profit local community groups who are supporting Queensland communities recovering from the effects of Cyclone Jasper and Kirrily events in December 2023 and January 2024, respectively. The grant program offers grants of up to $20,000 that support community led efforts to strengthen community resilience to natural disasters by undertaking recovery, prevention and preparedness projects.

Projects are encouraged to identify ways to 'build' back better to reduce impact of future disasters on community wellbeing and physical infrastructure.
