Sundalah is Townsville’s Health, Wisdom & Inspiration CommUNITY founded in 2008 to unite and build supportive and inclusive connections, grow healthy relationships and opportunities with local people and places.

Sundalah supports local business, community wellbeing, creative collaborations and positive change projects. 

Sundalah Socials are a range of casual gatherings to meet and connect with healthy-lifestyle locals. 

Cuppa Connect is one of our Sundalah Socials and this month we meet at Mary Who Bookshop! 

You're invited to this special connection hour to meet new friends, chat with a cuppa and stay for guided meditation if you wish.
