Join Jae for a 2.5 hour Deep Rest class in harmony with the dark moon, designed to release stress and nourish your nervous system as we transition seasons. Through breathwork, cacao, somatic movement, guided reflection, sound resonance, and a Reiki relaxation journey, we’ll reset your energy and ease your mind—together.
