KA & Inner Dance, is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening, a transmission of life force energy.The entire universe, including you, is made up of energy, when people are able to access the kundalini energy, several things can happen.

Special Whales & Dolphins Edition: Whales and dolphins calls and songs will play during the session to help connect with their healing frequency.

The role of Whales & Dolphins:
Whales and dolphins are beings of very high vibration, who have come with a clear purpose to assist humanity in awakening to the call of their hearts, to the Greater Love.

They actively work on the healing of Planetary Waters. Through their songs and energies, they purify and heal the memories stored in the Waters. Their work impacts not only the Waters of Mother Earth but ours as well. As we allow ourselves to align with their Frequency, Whales begin to heal in our Waters (emotional body) the memories of pain that bind us to the Earth’s past, thereby reactivating the Memories of Freedom and Unity.

Each time they emit a frequency pulse, it creates a sound. Every sound carries a vibrational frequency that expands for kilometers through the Waters. This creates harmonic frequencies, like waves traversing the oceans, cleansing, healing, and reconnecting.

They uphold the wonderful process that the planet Earth is undergoing, including all of us as part of it.

What can I expect in a session?
You will be lying down on a yoga mat, loud music will be played and I will touch or point at different chakra/meridian points on and around your body.
Please keep your eyes closed throughout the session, relax your muscles and surrender to the process without expectations. Whatever arises, let it be expressed and released.

It’s a natural, conscious and safe process for your nervous system. Your body will only receive what it’s prepared to receive. You don’t need any previous experience.

*KA is different to any other Kundalini practices you may have experienced. Is not reiki, Kundalini Yoga or Kundalini Breathwork.

What can occur in a session?

Every session of KA will be different and will be exactly what is needed to be experienced for you in that moment. Some types of experiences that might occur include:

Energetic: laying still but feel energy running through your body

Visual: activation of your third eye, seeing lights or images, astral journeys, sacred geometry, visions

Emotional: anger, sadness, joy, fear, laughter…do not suppress this but feel it and it will be released. You might want to scream, laugh or cry, all emotional release is welcome.

Kinaesthetic: body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, mudras. Pay attention to where you’re feeling it and how your body wants to move without letting the mind interfere.

Bliss: unity, wholeness, connection to source, the divine, God….

Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy. It is just a matter of time. The more KA you do, the deeper it goes. Each session is different.
