Martin Ström teaches meditation methods from the Buddhist tradition, presented in a practical and non-religious way, accessible and relevant. No beliefs are required.

The sessions focus on developing stable attention, clear awareness, and emotional balance. You'll learn how to settle the mind, observe thoughts and emotions without being driven by them, and cultivate qualities like kindness, compassion, and equanimity. We also draw on Buddhist psychology and philosophy to explore how confusion and reactivity narrow our world, and how developing clarity and kindness allows us to be more present, not just for our own sake, but for the people around us.
