April Sunday Art Dance

This is an opportunity to dance and create together in Lyttelton, using Open Floor conscious dance.

ArtDance is such a nurturing space for adults. Somehow we forget how to play.  In this safe, held space  with no judgement or expectations we discover how to take care of ourselves.
Laugh, cry, rest, be wild or still.....we trust the body knows what we need.

And we create, with words, with pastels. with nature......
