    Join us for a transformative Breathwork and Sound Experience designed to help release old energy and bring positive changes to your life. Habiba Elisa, certified CCB Breathwork Facilitator Hatha Yoga and Nike Well Collective Teacher will lead a session focusing on conscious connected energy breathing to address physical, mental, and emotional blocks, aiming to align you with a higher vibrational state. This workshop provides a space for self-reconnection and letting go of obstacles that may be holding you back.

    About your Teacher:

    Habiba, a multi-disciplinary facilitator, seamlessly combines Conscious Connected Breathwork, Hatha Yoga, Sound and Reiki practices. Passionate about the interplay of Movement, Sound, and Breath, she blends innovation with ancient wisdom. She emphasises the breath in her classes to help students release tension and connect with their bodies. To create a truly immersive experience, Habiba incorporates music from different cultures, nature-inspired electronic music and healing instruments into all her classes.

    To ensure your comfort during the workshop, PLEASE BRING:

    - your own yoga mat or something to lay on
    - a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes
    - a blanket to create your cozy breathing nest.
    - a notepad and pen are recommended for reflection
    - and don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

    RECOMMENDATION:

    - Last food intake around 2h before the workshop. Since it is much easier to breathe deeply with a light tummy.
    - A snack and fruits beforehand which are easy to digest are completely fine.

    Please note that Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. It is contraindicated for individuals who are pregnant, have severe PTSD or trauma, severe heart disease or high blood pressure, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, are taking medication that alters brain chemistry, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, have acute physical injuries, severe diabetes, are intoxicated, have glaucoma or detached retina, have had recent surgery, suffer from heavy asthma (mild asthma with inhaler is acceptable), kidney disease, or are under 18 years old.
