In a safe and supportive space, we will breathe and move into the medicine of cacao.

Blindfolded Ecstatic Movement: Did you know we store painful experiences in our bodies, creating trauma? To release it, I will guide you through a movement journey inwards. Feel, release, and most importantly: Have fun!

Vivi is a transformative holistic coach on a mission to empower individuals to become their best selves.
