Vivi is a dedicated holistic therapist committed to fostering compassion, connection, and bliss within her community. With a legal background and a social work degree, she brings a deep understanding of human experience and a compassionate approach to her work.

Vivi's practice is rooted in trauma-informed care and incorporates somatic techniques to facilitate healing and release stored emotional energy. She utilizes a variety of holistic techniques, including shamanic medicines (cacao and rapé), Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices, to promote energy healing and personal transformation.

Whether through one-on-one sessions or group events, Vivi's guidance empowers individuals to manage stress, build resilience, and tap into their inner wisdom. She believes in the power of community and encourages connection as a vital aspect of holistic well-being.

Ida Hekate

A lover of life and a believer in humanity, Ida Hekate is a mind, body, and soul counselor, Hypnotherapist, Access Consciousness, Psych K Practitioner, Mayan Crystal Beamer Light Pen Level 2, Energy Quantum Healer, Life Recovery, and Trauma Intimacy Coach, and much more. She is passionate about helping people.

For over 10 years, Ida Hekate has been helping adults, children, animals, and the disadvantaged navigate health, relationships, NPD, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression, leading to a more fulfilling life. With 3,000+ clients and students, she teaches how to connect to your heart so you can live your life with purpose and inner peace.

Ida knows that people are a product of their environment, but with will and dedication, anyone can change for the better. She advocates for making therapeutic education available to everyone so we can all do our part in helping ourselves and each other.

In her spare time, she can be found traveling all over the world, immersing herself in books of all topics, playing with her human and furry kids, plants, and crystals, painting art, or exploring nature.
