Sunday Breathwork & Connection

Carla is opening her home in Otumoetai, Tauranga every second Sunday from 2 - 5pm in order to run these beautiful, connected, heart-opening women's circles and breathwork sessions.
As mothers in a society that fails to honour the enormity of our role, we are often left feeling unseen, unheard and undervalued. Growing, birthing, feeding and raising our children requires an incredible amount of our time, energy, resources, emotional capacity, finances and sleep! We are also in a culture that puts the 'selfless mother' on a pedestal, as though denying ourselves and our needs somehow renders us better mothers who are more capable of meeting our children's needs. How sad, and deeply concerning.
Gathering as a group of mothers and sharing in a supportive and validating space, is one way we can begin to honour our needs and desires, our tears and our fears. We all deserve to be seen and heard in our experience... this is often the first vital step on our path to wholeness and healing... the path back to ourselves.
Carla is a trained breathwork facilitator who knows only too well the incredible gifts that breathwork can offer us. Being guided through a connected and conscious breathing pattern can enable us to reach a brainwave state whereby we have access to the subconscious part of ourselves that knows what we need in order to heal. It's incredible, and so simple and empowering!
During these Sunday gatherings, we will talk through a relevant topic, Carla will guide the group through an hour-long meditation and breathwork, and then we'll open up the circle for people to share anything they want to, that came up for them. There will never be any pressure to share, so please don't be put off coming along if you're anxious about any such expectations.
Investment: $25 Note, there are only 7 spaces available owing to the size of Carla's lounge space.
