Join us each Sunday at 2pm for a Free Calm-Abiding Meditation Session at the Sakya Temple of Peace in Kambah, Canberra.

These free meditation sessions are a great way to keep up your practice with others in the beautiful environment of the Sakya Temple of Peace. They are also suitable if you are trying out meditation for the first time.

Senior instructors will lead a guided meditation for approximately 20 - 30 minutes, as well as Buddhist prayers and a short talk on Buddhism or a related topic.

There are cushions and chairs available for use and everyone is welcome to attend. Please stay afterwards for a cup of tea and a chat!
