Come along for a relaxed Sunday afternoon stretch and reset before the new week kicks off.

Nothing too serious and no fancy yoga required 😄

Just a gentle, slow and stretchy practice with some easy breathing, guided relaxation and ambient music.

A chance to let the week go, have a stretch, take a breath and leave feeling a little more relaxed. 🌿

I’ll also share a few simple breathing and relaxation techniques you can use at home whenever you need to unwind.
