Your fortnightly Sunday Breathwork session!

Welcome to Breathe into Life where we specialise in the transformative power of breathwork to
elevate your mental well-being and cultivate a deep sense of self-love and joy. 

This Conscious Connected Session is a different breathing pattern to the Friday night sessions. A more gentle approach, less intense with just as beautiful results. Fully guided breathwork but with more control over the depth and rate of breath to the participant. Not to be missed and an amazing compliment to the Friday sessions.
