Sunday Crafternoon: Halloween Props + Costumes!

This week's theme is... Halloween Props + Costumes!! 🎃👻👯‍♀️ Are you planning on being a fairy for Halloween this year, but don't yet have your wings or magic wand? Or a wizard, but don't yet have your cloak or hat? Come join us for some costume- and prop-making crunch time! We'll have a couple of sewing machines out for those comfortable/familiar with their use, and plenty of hot glue and tacky glue available, too. Costumes are so much better when they're handmade, and even better when the materials are recycled. Engage in the best holiday in the least expensive, most eco-friendly way!! 🧛👩‍🎤👨‍🎨🥷🧟🧜‍♀️🧞‍♂️🧚

Crafternoon is a self-guided, themed, creative reuse craft activity with materials provided! Every week we like to pick a theme or simple project to explore. Our favorites include seasonal decor, mini race carts, dioramas, paper marbling, and unusual material challenges! Guests are welcome to make and take home as many creations as they would like.

To reserve your spot/seats in before the event, tickets can be purchased in advance through Humanitix for a slight discount ($10 plus fees). Tickets sold at the door are $12. SCRAP prioritizes access to affordable art materials and expressions, so if the ticket price poses a hardship, please select the Sliding Scale ticket type on Humanitix. If you would like to contribute to someone else's ticket in addition to your own, please select the Pay It Forward ticket type and know that your contribution helps spread access to creative reuse and creative community-making! Please feel free to call the store (503-294-0769) on the day of the event if you have any questions.

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the event, please feel free to send a friend in your place. If you are unable to do that, we still cannot refund your ticket, but you could think of your payment as supporting our SCRAPpy little creative reuse non-profit! We appreciate your support and understanding!
