Event description
This class is designed for people who are new to exercise or who want to add some extra movement into their day. Each class will be run by a qualified personal trainer using the equipment in the Kingston Park exercise area. All fitness levels welcome, especially people who are beginners. Serlina is a qualified fitness instructor and will lead each session.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for exercise and bring along a hat and water bottle.
Dates include 16, 23, 30 March and 6, 13 April.
