...Then SUNDAY STRETCH & FLOW is for you!

SUNDAY STRETCH & FLOW is curated to give you a variety of poses and thoughtful prompts every week - so no two classes are quite the same.

The details:

What: 1 hour yoga class, designed to stretch and strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Sunday flow is a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga.

When: Every Sunday Evening 7pm-8pm (please plan to arrive 5-15 minutes prior to class start, class commences at 7pm sharp).

Where: The Crafers Institute Hall - Sharrad court, Crafers, SA.

Who: This class is for participants of all abilities aged 16+.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, a drink bottle and your wonderful self!
