After a very successful Sunday morning dance session I am very excited to announce the next Sunday Fruits Ecstatic Dance

Same Place Same Time!
10am - 12pm SUNDAY 21st APRIL

The Ecstatic Dance floor is an invitation for you to really let go and explore what feels good in your body, enjoy a journey across the dance floor, use as much space as you like, explore different levels of dancing, explore the different dimensions of dance, finding freedom not just within your body but your mind and spirit.

We will begin with intention setting, individually and collectively. I'll speak into my intentions and my vision is for these events and what to expect. I will play a 1hr set with no defined specific genera, accept good tunes that will make you want to dance!

We will and end with meditation and grounding. There will be some time at the end to chat, connect and enjoy some fresh fruits before leaving.

Sunday I feel is the perfect day to shake it off, let go, reset, allow your body, mind & soul to become lighter, feeling fresh & energised for the week to come.

The dance floor is no phones and no talking. If you wish to partake in contact dance or to dance in anyway with someone else, you can communicate with a look and/or gesture. Please respect the other person if they do not wish to engage in the dance. Respect the space, respect the other dancers, and enjoy the journey.

DATE: Sunday 21st April
TIME: 10am - 12pm
**Please arrive from 945am
Parking will be along the side, Please do not obstruct the road. There will be someone to assist with parking instructions🚗

Have a screenshot of your ticket as there is no reception at location.

LOCATION: The Hall With No Walls
Please put the location in 'Wild & Wise Tribe' into google maps this will take you from Yandian down Browns Creek rd to the hall.

I will send an email reminder to all ticket holders the day before the event and you can also keep up to date or post questions and comments in the discussion on the FB event here!

WHAT TO BRING: Lots of water for hydration & an open Heart
Mosquito spray (ideally natural if possible)
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothes you can move in - dress weather appropriate, this is outdoors undercover in nature

Fresh Fruit for after the session
An Epic Dance Set & Good Vibes
