Sunday Sound Meditation

Let the waves of sound cleanse your mind, body and soul at this sound healing meditation.

Occuring on the last Sunday of the month, this session will include: 

• Guided mindful meditation to release stress and tension. 
• Sound healing meditation to cleanse and restore. 
• Sunset reflection and intention setting for the days ahead. 

You will emerge feeling refreshed and ready to move forward in a balanced and positive way. 

* this is a laying down meditation, chairs available if you prefer to sit.
