In this open-level Vinyasa flow class, practitioners of all levels are invited to explore the fluidity and freedom of movement inherent in Vinyasa yoga. Led by your experienced instructor, this class offers a dynamic blend of traditional yoga asanas, creative sequencing, and pranayama, allowing you to tap into your inner strength and vitality.
