As an extra special touch, we’ll extend the experience by an additional half-hour, dedicated to activities that empower and uplift. Whether walking along the beach, dancing, moving freely, or simply soaking in the beauty around you, this time is yours to enjoy and express yourself in any way that feels right.

Afterward, if you wish to keep connecting, I invite you to join me for breakfast nearby (at your own cost) as we share this lovely end-of-year gathering together. Please RSVP if you plan to join for breakfast, so I can reserve a table.

What to Bring:
For the ultimate comfort, bring your cozy essentials—a mat, blankets, and pillows (if you have lower back pain, a pillow or bolster under your knees will be supportive). Wireless headsets will be provided, allowing you to immerse yourself in your own personal space of calm and tranquility as the carefully curated music uplifts your spirit and soothes your soul.

In Case of Weather:
A light drizzle won’t stop us! We’ll embrace Mother Nature as she cleanses our souls. If the weather becomes uncomfortable, we’ll move to the beautiful Sanctuary on Seven (7 Walla Street, Bundaberg) for your comfort and safety. Please stay updated on event details through Facebook and check your phone the morning of the event for any weather-related changes.
