    Join us for some nourishing Sunday morning Vinyasa (flow) yoga. Vinyasa focuses on connecting movement with breath using a sequence of poses that can vary from class to class, but with the aim of leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed but also energised and vibrant. 

    In addition to asana (poses) and movement, all my classes involve either an element of guided relaxation or a short meditation practice focused on creating space for people to be calm and centred.

    Classes are at The Lodge, Mittagong. A peaceful, multipurpose space nestled in bushland near Mt Alexandra reserve, Mittagong.
