ENDOGA Sunday Morning Yoga
Description
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Saturday morning of movement and connection at the Lower Secret Garden, Cottesloe Civic Centre.
This gathering offers a safe, supportive space for the endometriosis community to come together, connect with others who understand, and gently share experiences in a way that feels comfortable and unforced. There will be time before and after the session to mingle, chat, and get to know one another.
Yoga will be led by Laura Cargill, a highly experienced instructor who has been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2001. Laura has a strong focus on women’s health, alongside extensive training in Hatha, Yin, and Myofascial Release. Her inclusive, thoughtful approach supports people at all stages of life, emphasising safe, adaptable movement that helps participants feel supported, capable, and connected to their bodies. The session is suitable for all ages and all levels.
Light refreshments will be provided.
