This is an active yet accessible guided breathwork experience. Ideal for first-timers, busy parents, professionals, or anyone who wants to end the week calm and sleep well.

Here's the why: we work in rounds of active, energising breath and progressive breath holds. That builds CO2 tolerance and pushes your system, and then it drops. That rebound out of go mode and into deep rest is exactly the state your body needs to fall asleep faster and sleep through, which is why people so often tell us they sleep like the dead that night.

Using energising music, structured breath patterns and progressive breath holds, we improve lung capacity and increase CO2 tolerance, strengthening both physiological and mental resilience. The experience finishes with a guided meditation to integrate the work and leave you settled, clear, and ready for a proper night's sleep.

This is active breathwork with rounds of fast breathing and breath holds, so while it's accessible to beginners, it may not be suitable if you are:
