Take a sacred pause and come home to yourself.

This nourishing two-hour mini retreat offers a gentle yet powerful space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

Designed to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore your energy, this session is an invitation to slow down in a world that often asks us to do the opposite.

Through stillness, breath, and subtle therapeutic touch, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest — a space to soften, release tension, and simply be.

What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga – Gentle, fully supported poses that invite ease and help the body release held tension

• Pranayama – Simple, grounding breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of calm

• Yoga Nidra – A guided relaxation practice designed to bring deep rest and restore inner balance

• Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations of the handpan for emotional and energetic healing

• Optional mini massage in poses (offered with care and consent)

No previous yoga experience is needed. This session is open to all and is especially supportive for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or in need of quiet restoration.
