• Restorative Yoga – Gentle, fully supported poses that invite ease and help the body release held tension

• Pranayama – Simple, grounding breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of calm

• Yoga Nidra – A guided relaxation practice designed to bring deep rest and restore inner balance

• Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations of the handpan for emotional and energetic healing

• Optional mini massage in poses (offered with care and consent)
