What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga – Gentle, fully supported poses that invite ease and help the body release held tension

• Pranayama – Simple, grounding breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of calm

• Yoga Nidra – A guided relaxation practice designed to bring deep rest and restore inner balance

• Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations of the handpan for emotional and energetic healing

• Optional mini massage in poses (offered with care and consent)

No previous yoga experience is needed. This session is open to all and is especially supportive for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or in need of quiet restoration.
